Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
Error message "Only positive integer values are allowed for item: Items Per Page" when trying to set the preference 'Number of Items to Display'
-- Steps To Reproduce:
* Connect to RDC
* Click in Preferences
* Change the Number of items to display: News, Activities, and Links to 5
* Leave Number of items to display: all other lists (except on Patient Casebooks page) in blank
