Bundled Minutes Accumulating Monthly Under Sponsorship

This problem can occur on any platform.
Under a sponsorship, all bundled minutes of child account (including cycle fold products) are rolled up to parent. However, bundled minutes are not folding monthly as expected. When the account is not in a hierarchy/sponsorship and for the same the product, cycle fold is happening properly .
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Sponsor account is created with dummy plan.
2. Sponsor group is created, whereby bundled minutes and cycle fold rate plans are sponsored.
3. Sponsored account is created, and is marked as a non-paying child account under sponsor account.
4. Bundled minutes of sponsored account will roll up to parent.
5. Bill is run.
The bundled minutes are not folded.
