Oracle Communications MetaSolv Solution occasionally provides customers with patches that are pass-word protected and expire in 30 days. The information to access the patch is delivered as a note in the Service Request(s) associated to the patch. This article documents the process for obtaining a new or resetting a pass-word to unlock a protected patch.
