Email Alert Is Only Going To The 1st Title When The Seq# Is The Same (Doc ID 782801.1)

Goal

When an approval Route has more than one Approval Title on it that has the same Sequence Number
and external email is used to send the Alert, only the first Approval Title listed in the
Approval Routing View receives the email Alert and if the first Approval Title in the sequence
isn’t using email as their method to send the Alert, no one gets the email Alert.
