How To Disable Mandatory Fields in GRC Manager During Business Process And Control Creation (Doc ID 782812.1)

When a user attempts to create a Business Process, the field 'Doc level' is mandatory. Also, when a user attempts to create a Control, the field 'objective' is mandatory.  Can the GRC Manager be configured to not have these two fields be mandatory fields?
