PCM_OP_CUST_CREATE_CUSTOMER Gets Error

Using PCM_OP_CUST_CREATE_CUSTOMER to create the account and service, if the input flist contains more than one service element and the duration of PCM_OP_CUST_CREATE_CUSTOMER is more than 1 second, the opcode will return the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create one input flist text file, make sure you will create more than 2 service element and the first service will purchase enough products so that the duration of execution PCM_OP_CUST_CREATE_CUSTOMER will last more than 1 second.
2. use testnap to run the opcode PCM_OP_CUST_CREATE_CUSTOMER
