Migrate Form Version By Book LOV Contains No Entries (Doc ID 783512.1)

Goal

You are using the Form titled:

Migrate Form Version By Book (RXCDMFVM.FMB). 

After checking the status of your DCI's and verifying that 'CRF Page Tracking' is unchecked, you wish to select a particular 'Form Version By Book' by using the LOV. Unfortunately, instead of a list, you receive an error message.

See the following navigation and resulting error message:

1. Definition > DCI's > DCI's > F8 > Page Tracking tab to show that CRF Page Tracking ? was unchecked for the queried DCIs. > Exit

2. DCI Book > Displayed the Settings on the selected book > Exit >

3. Migrate Form Version by Book > clicked on the LOV item at the end of the DCI Book Name field and displayed the error message:

FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries.

 You wish to know, for diagnostic purposes, what is the query behind the DCI Book LOV so you can determine what causes the error message.
