When purchasing a deal with a purchase fee product which starts after one cycle, we expect to see that
charge in next month's bill. The problem is that pin_cycle_fees -purchase is not putting this charge
in the current bill. Because of this behaviour, the purchase fee is not part of current bill and it remains open until the next month's bill. This defers the revenue, and this is not acceptable for the customer.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Create a Credit Card account.
- Purchase a deal which has a deferred purchase fee product starting after one cycle.
- Move the pvt to next BDOM (Billing Day Of Month) and run pin_bill_day. Purchase fee is not part of current bill and is not collected.
- Move pvt to next BDOM and run billing.
Purchase fees from last month is part of this bill and is collected now.
