Symptoms

Service Items or their children that are one of the following Item Types cannot be removed from PSR change orders:

  1. Circuit Internet Circuit
  2. Bandwidth Circuit
  3. Virtual Circuit
  4. System
  5. Element
  6. Connector
  7. Product Bundle
  8. Trunk
  9. Long Distance Trunk Product
  10. Message Product
