Agile application server fails to start with error: ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist (Doc ID 783697.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Agile Application server cannot be started with below error in OC4J log:
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist

Agile database server cannot be started with below error in alert log:
ORA-12853: insufficient memory for PX buffers: current K, max needed K

Alert log for agile database is located in <Orahome>\admin\<SID>\bdump\alert_<SID>.log
