Credit Limit Change Event Is Not Getting Recorded (Doc ID 783987.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When doing a credit limit change for an account through the Customer Center, the user needs to keep track of the credit limit changes, so the user needs to know where the change events are getting recorded. It looks like the events are getting recorded in the event_billing_limit_t as per the log generated but, there is no record in the event_billing_limit_t with respect to this account.
