Pipeline stopped suddenly because of many spaces in poid_type (Doc ID 783994.1)

Goal

Pipeline suddenly stopped with following error in process.log as below.

The space between POID_TYPE and POID_ID0 is caused by custom Apps, as custom Apps defines the variable for poid_type with fixed space of char[256].
Why can dm_oracle handle these spaces but pipeline cannot?
