Symptoms

On 4.5.3 Not able to open PSUB log/output of successful jobs

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Run a Batch Validation
  2. Check the log file is created / exists on the PSUB Server
  3. Check the PSUB server is accessible from the Application Server using FTP protocol
  4. Try to open the log file via:
    1. Oracle Clinical
    2. Batch Jobs menu
