Steps to Reproduce:
- Run a Batch Validation
- Check the log file is created / exists on the PSUB Server
- Check the PSUB server is accessible from the Application Server using FTP protocol
- Try to open the log file via:
- Oracle Clinical
- Batch Jobs menu
