Reconciliation Manager does not start. Splash screen hangs displaying progress bar at 67%

Oracle Communications Network Integrity - Version: 3.6.0 to 3.6.0
This problem can occur on any platform.


After a successful installation of Network Integrity v3.6 and performing a reconciliation with the
sample data. On starting Reconciliation Manager, the java applet downloads then displays the splash screen
with the progress bar at 67 %. At the point, the application hangs and does not launch the Reconciliation Manager GUI.
