Dates Issue In Task Tab Notes Tab and Timezone Settings

Order  Details given in TASK tab and NOTES tab are inconsistent i.e. The task completion time in Task Tab is different from what is given in Notes tab. However, if we verify against Database, the details given in service notes matches with the front end details but not in the case with Task table. .
