Demantra Error Engine On Machine Was Created But Could Not Be Initialized

This problem can occur on any platform.
On Demantra 7.2 :
When attempting to run the engine on distributed mode, the following error occurs:
ERROR Engine on machine A was created, but could not be initialized. HRESULT=0x80004005 - Unspecified error
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Engine Adminstrator setup , add two machine names on the select computers where engine will run.
3. Register the engine by running RegEngineAsLauncher.bat
in the <Demantra Root>\Demand Planner\Analytical Engines\bin
4. In Engine Administrator - click Run Engine

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the analytical engine on distributed mode.
