Symptoms

The working environment in this example uses the ":" as time separator.

The user is uploading lsm files by using the Adapter; this is done successfully, but when the user downloads a cut through MDM and then tries to upload it manually, the following error occurs:

Error (0x100000001): [INVALID_DATETIME] Stop Read Time of [2009-01-31T23.59.59] is not a valid date/time value for Meter [MSM_METER_1,01,XXX_HNDL]
[INVALID_DATETIME] Start Read Time of [2009-01-01T00.00.00] is not a valid date/time value for Meter [MSM_METER_1,01,XXX_HNDL]
[INACTIVE_METER] Usage on inactive meter. Unable to find configuration for meter [MSM_METER_1,01,XXX_HNDL] with start and stop of [01/01/0001 0.00.00,01/01/0001 0.00.00]
