Asset Attachments Do Not Copy To Wo When Asset Is On Asset List

This problem can occur on any platform.
A user puts an asset on the asset list of a service request, then turns that SR into a work order. This asset has attachments configured to go to the work order and print on the work order, but since the service request only puts the asset onto the task's asset list, the attachments do not get copied to the work order
### Steps to Reproduce ###
Pull up an existing Asset ID. Add an attachment to the ATTACHMENTS view and select the 'WO' indicator.
Create a Service Request
Enter the Asset on the Service Request Asset List
Activate the Service Request and convert it to a Work Order
Pull up the Work Order that was created.
Select Task Detail
The Asset was added to the WO Task Asset List
However,check the Attachments View-the attachment from the Asset was not copied to the WO
If the Asset ID is added to the WO Task,the attachment is copied over.
