Symptoms

ASAP cannot be started. The following errors were found in the ASAP diagnostic files:

error message ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-04031: unable to allocate 32 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","select decode(u.type#, 2, u...","sql area","tmp")
ORA-04031: unable to allocate 32 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","select obj#,type#,ctime,mtim...","sql area:PLSQL","tmp")
