Node SLA Does Not Work After The Node Is Created And The SLA Is Configured (Doc ID 785522.1)

Symptoms

Created the node with SMS plugin instance and then create SLA for it. Submit sendSms request from PTE or trigger the network request to the Node A but the node SLA doesn't do its work.
