Signal 11 Errors Running Mapping Rules With Hierarchy Condition Components (Doc ID 785647.1)

-- Problem Statement:
On in 11i.FEM.D.1 Rollup #4, when attempting to run any mapping rules, the following error occurs:

Program was terminated by signal 11

The CCE Debug log shows the following errors:

Module Logging OFS errors: APP- FND- 01564: ORACLE error 1422 in drv_upi Cause: drv_upi
failed due to ORA- 01422: exact fetch returns more than requested
number of rows ORA- 06512: at "APPS.FEM_PL_PKG" , line 2032 ORA-
06512: at line 2 . The SQL statement being executed at the time
of the error was: begin fem_pl_pkg.REGISTER_DEPENDENT_OBJDEFS(
P_API_VERSION => 1, P_COMMIT => 'T' , P_REQUEST_ID => 584957,
P_EFFECTIVE_DATE => TO_DATE( '20090101' , 'YYYYMMDD' ) ,
