Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version:
This problem can occur on any platform.

The usage, purchase and cycle END_T is not populated when add new plan. Therefore, all those products that supposed to be end on a specified date will not end.

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Created a 'Plan P1' (/service/ip). Create this plan as 'plan with option'. Here the plan contains a deal that contains a product 'P1' where the PURCHASE/CYCLE/USAGE end_t are mentioned as relative 12 months.
2) Created another normal plan 'Plan P2'(/service/email)
3) Created account with plan 'Plan P2'.
4) Now added the plan 'Plan P1' to the account.
5) In purchased_product_t the end_t for cycle/purchase/usage are not populated for the product "P1" where as in pricing center offset end is set as 12 months for this product.

This problem does not occur when the plan 'Plan P1' is purchased individually.
