Goal

Rating does not consider the profile sharing group attributes when rate a service usage for the member of a profile sharing group.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. From the Customer Center, create an account with an Extended Rating Attribute (ERA) - Friend and Family for /service/telco/gsm/telephony, and
2. Create a profile sharing group for this account that include the:

5. Rate a service usage for the member of the profile sharing group, the rating dump file doesn't have the ERA information for the profile sharing group, and the service usage is not rated correctly.
