Error Number 3; Application Crashes on 'Find' of required Label Value data of Supp Corrected PSR order (Doc ID 786867.1)

Symptoms

The application crashes with an Error Number 3 when attempting to 'Find' the service item that did not pass the PSR validation process after selecting "Options -> Process Supplement" while on the "Order Info " tab of "Order Information". Below are the errors received:
