-- Problem Statement:
Line transfer is done by using the opcode PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_TRANSFER_SUBSCRIPTION. While doing so, the transfer is done during end of the cycle with start_t in the input flist of the opcode set to start of next cycle with 00:00:00 hrs. After the transfer of the service in the balance group of the TO account the valid_from is set to the current pvt instead of the start_t value.
Steps to reproduce:
DOM = 15
1.Create two dummy accounts A and B on Jan 15 00:00:00
2.Purchase a deal for account A with product having a balance impact of non-currency resource.
3.Move pin_virtual_time to end of cycle, say Feb 14 22:00:00
4.Do a subscription service transfer from account A to account B by using opcode PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_TRANSFER_SUBSCRIPTION with start_t as Feb 15 00:00:00
5. Check the balance group of the account B and you see that the valid_from of the
non-currency resource is set to the pvt time instead of the start_t supplied in the input flist of line transfer opcode.
