UEL Thread Hangs and Events for Records in the Success File Not Generated (Doc ID 787311.1)

Symptoms

After including some error records and running UEL with CM log level1, it hangs with an error "Account Object does not Exist". Whereas, when running UEL with log level3, all the events are loaded and error records are populated.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Set up UEL template
2. Create a bulk load (around 2000), with few error records (like non-existant account)
3. Set the CM log level to 1
4. Run the UEL to load the events
    One of the threads will hang.
5. Kill the thread and check the number events generated and number success records in the success file
    The successful records are more than the events generated.

Repeat the same with CM's log level at 3, and the thread never hang. All the events are generated.
