CCB V2.2.0 Server Error when Entering Invalid Date Format for a Question on an Order (Doc ID 787687.1)

Symptoms

When entering an invalid date for a date field question on an Order and clicking 'Show Eligibility' the following server error occurs instead of a standard pop-up error message.

ERROR
---------
ERROR (support.cobol.CobolSubprogram) A non-zero return code (512) was returned from a call to COBOL program CIPCENRP

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a new Order
2. Enter invalid date format 'DD-MM-YY' in the question on the Order that has the Date Validation
Format Algorithm defined
3. Click on 'Show Eligibility'
4. Server error will be displayed
