Error Canceling Deal/Product In Customer Center

When attempting to cancel a deal in Customer Center, the following error message is displayed:
The deal could not be canceled. Contact your system administrator.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
In the Customer Center tool,
1) Navigate to a customer's Plan tab,
2) Highlight an active product
3) Click the Actions button and select Cancel Deal
4) Click Yes button, when prompted for confirmation.
