Unable to complete order entry because account is Suspended although its status is In Service (Doc ID 788091.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

Customer experiencing problems to complete the ordering process because the account is flagged
as Suspended even though its status shows as In Service. A provisioning plan for a new order for this account cannot be created because it asks for a SUSPEND task to be included.
