Completing WAM Work Order Results In Corrupted MWM Completion. (Doc ID 788222.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

Completing a Base Work and Asset Management (WAM) Work Order Type "R" (for Regular) results in a corrupted Mobile Workforce Managenemt (MWM) completion.

The MWM Server error log (SvError) indicates:


12:15:57¦Order Complete Icd from crew [01375] with source (<<machine name>>) is ignored. XFoEx object is invalid. (XThreadSvFoEx::ProcessMobileCompletionIcd)
12:15:57¦XFoEx table: DHTFOWAM_WORKTASK contains [10] fields and should contain [31] fields
according to the FoMap. (XFoEx::ValidateFoExObject)
12:15:57¦Error processing mobile order complete ICD (XThreadSvFo::Thread) / Order Complete Icd
from crew [01375] with source (<<machine name>>) is ignored. XFoEx object is invalid.

1. Send a Work Order from WAM down to MWM.
2. Dispatch order to crew and attempt to complete.
