Symptoms

The prompt to close the cash drawer takes an excessive amount of time after the transaction is complete.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enter items in a transaction.
  2. Tender transaction.
  3. Cash drawer opens.
  4. Notice: cash drawer close prompt takes approximately 15 seconds or more.
