-- Problem Statement:
The Customer Center , 'promotions' tab randomly displays information about the ERA(s) owned by the account
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open an account (with provisioning) in Customer Center.
2. Go to the Promotions tab.
3. Check to see if ERA information is displayed or not
'promotions' tab should always display the ERA information
'promotions' tab may or may not display the ERA information
