Troubleshooting why I am Unable to View PDF From DPA Files via the Documanage Bridge (Doc ID 788402.1)

The purpose of this troubleshooting guide is to provide troubleshooting tips that will help to isolate where a potential problem exists when there is a failure to create a PDF from a DPA file stored in Documanage Server.

This tip is intended for someone with technical knowledge of Docupresentment (IDS), the Documanage Bridge and the Documanage archival system and processes.  The tip includes running command line utilities and requires user access to the IDS directory and sub-folders.

Prior to using this troubleshooting method, IDS, and the bridge must be properly installed and operational.
