Symptoms

On the Permission column of a new row or existing row, select the permission from the drop down list. It is displayed very narrow and cannot be opened wide by the user.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Login to Permissioning Center.
Select Customer Center from the application list.
Select the Role on Role panel.
Click Add Restriction.
On Permission column click on icon from permission drop-down.
