Moving an account in the account hierarchy tab in Customer Center calls an undocumented opcode PCM_OP_CUSTCARE_MOVE_ACCT.
Is this the correct way to move an account?

Steps to Reproduce
Open account in customer center.
Choose Hierarchy tab.
Search for an account to move it under.
