PCM_OP_CUSTCARE_MOVE_ACCT Opcode Is Undocumented (Doc ID 788763.1)

Goal

Moving an account in the account hierarchy tab in Customer Center calls an undocumented opcode  PCM_OP_CUSTCARE_MOVE_ACCT.

Is this the correct way to move an account?
Why isn't this documented?
What does this opcode do exactly?

Steps to Reproduce
Open account in customer center.
Choose Hierarchy tab.
Choose Move.
Search for an account to move it under.
