Symptoms

When attempting to Run a Batch Validation in Oracle Clinical after a new install of TMS on the same Database, it is failing with the error below:

Batch Validation at <DATABASE NAME> for Study <STUDY NAME> owned by <DATABASE NAME>

 

Number of patients with modified data: 0

 

DVG, DVG Subset, Thesaurus Resolution
0 DVG discrepancies processed, 0 became obsolete, 0 changed to DVG Subset
0 DVG Subset discrepancies processed, 0 became obsolete
0 Thesaurus Terms discrepancies processed, 0 became obsolete
0 Data Type discrepancies processed, 0 became obsolete
0 Length discrepancies processed, 0 became obsolete


 

Modified Univariate Validation Resolution
No modified univariate question definitions since last execution.

Steps To Reproduce:

 

  1. Log into Installation
  2. Follow the TMS Installation Smoke Test Documentation
  3. As part of test 9 it is required that a Batch Validation session is run
  4. Job fails and resulting .out file shows above error as cause of failure
