When attempting to Run a Batch Validation in Oracle Clinical after a new install of TMS on the same Database, it is failing with the error below:

0 Data Type discrepancies processed, 0 became obsolete
0 Length discrepancies processed, 0 became obsolete
No modified univariate question definitions since last execution.

Steps To Reproduce:
- Log into Installation
- Follow the TMS Installation Smoke Test Documentation
- As part of test 9 it is required that a Batch Validation session is run
- Job fails and resulting .out file shows above error as cause of failure
