Oracle Utilities SDK - Version 2.1 to 2.1 [Release 2.1]

After the installation of the patch for unpublished bug 7003521, changes in the BillSegmentServiceQuantity_Id class have caused errors.

The following are the changes that have been identified:

1. The BillSegmentServiceQuantity_Id class has changed its constructor.

Previously the constructor accepted the unit of measure, time of use, and service quantity identifier through their respective entity objects, however, after the fix is applied, these arguments are required in string form.

2. Various method names and return-types have been changed:

The methods getUnitOfMeasureId(), getTimeOfUseId(), and getServiceQuantityIdentifierId() of the BillSegmentServiceQuantity_Id class have been changed to getUnitOfMeasure(), getTimeOfUse() and getServiceQuantityIdentifier() respectively. Previously the methods returned entities, whereas following the application of the patch, these methods return strings.
