Tapout Files Were Reject Due To CM Connection Full When Using Connection Pool (Doc ID 790002.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:
A Connection Manager (CM) connection pool module has been add in the Pipeline. When a lot of (>100) Call Detail Record (CDR) files are passed to Pipeline, and after certain number of files got processed, the following errors are returned:


Steps To Reproduce:
1. Add the CM connection pool in the registry
2. Get the virtual time from the grammar file or iScript
3. Start the Pipeline
4. Pass a lot of CDRs to the Pipeline
