OCCAS4.0:Conversion Of SIP Header History-Info (Doc ID 790717.1)

Last updated on JUNE 21, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Converged Application Server - Version: 4.0.0 and later   [Release: 4.0.0 and later ]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
BEA Telco WebLogic SIP Server - Version: 4.0

Goal

When a message is sent to OCCAS with the following header:

History-Info: <sip:user@domain.com;Reason=SIP;cause=302;text=Unconditional>;index=1

The SIP container converts this into (upper to lower case; see word 'Reason'):

History-Info: <sip:user@domain.com;reason=SIP;cause=302;text=Unconditional>;index=1

Why would OCCAS do this conversion? Are these tags case-sensitive or case-insensitive?
