This problem can occur on any platform.
Radius Manager does not allow custom attributes to be passed back as name/value pairs in response to an accounting request. This is different from authorization responses, where attributes can be passed back to the NAS (Network Application Servers).
Attempt to pass back values from fm_term_pol_accounting through PIN_FLD_ARGS, all output is ignored for constructing the accounting response.
In order to use accounting packets to control resource reservation, need to be able to return an attribute allowing termination of a user session in the accounting response.
