Spanish Character Not Encoded In The E2B Report (Doc ID 793943.1)

Symptoms

When Spanish characters are included in Assessment--> CO Narrative and an E2B Report is
generated the characters are not translated correctly within tag </narrativeincludeclinical>

The text '80 años de edad' is appearing as follows on the E2B Report:

<narrativeincludeclinical>A 80 años de edad..................</narrativeincludeclinical>
</summary>


Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter spanish characters into Assessment--> CO Narrative within a case
2. Generate an E2B Report and open the generated xml file.
3. Tag <narrativeincludeclinical> will not translate correctly.
