Selecting Show Editor Pencil Automatically Closes The Window in CCB 2.2.0

-- Problem Statement:
When clicking on the Show Editor icon (Pencil) for a text field in a pop-up page, the window is automatically closed. The window is getting closed when clicking on the Show Editor icon only when invoked from a pop-up page.
This issue can be replicated in pages: Add To Do Entry pop-up page and Premise Management - Start Service page.
1. Issue encountered on Add To Do Entry pop-up page:
Clicking the Show Editor icon (Pencil) on the Add ToDo Entry pop-up dialog results in the dialog being closed and the user being returned to a corrupted screen. Navigating to the ToDo Entry + menu option, and clicking on the Show Editor icon beside the Comment block on the resulting pop-up dialog, should display an expanded view of the comment block. Instead, the application closes the ToDo Entry pop-up, and returns the user to the ToDo page with most fields 'gray'-ed out and none of the previously populated data visible. Clicking on the Keys/Values tab, and then again on the Main tab results in the Pop-up being redisplayed with some of the data retained.
Steps To Reproduce: Go to Main Menu –> To Do –> To Do Entry + and click the "Show Editor" Pencil button on the Add ToDo Entry pop-up dialog.
2. Issue encountered on Premise Management - Start Service page:
In Premise Management – Start Service page, after clicking on the Show Editor icon (Pencil), the confirmation window automatically closes.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Main -> Customer Information -> Premise Management.
2. Use filters to load several Premises.
3. Select a premise and press the Start Service button.
4. Populate the Account and Start Date, press ‘Show SA Groups’ button.
5. Click on the Show Editor icon (Pencil).
