Symptoms

Installed an OC451 platform with separate forms and report servers.

Created 2 queues on the report server, OCDEV4Reports & OCDEV4Batch, but only one queue (OCDEV4Batch) is running jobs and creating the pdf reports.

The other queue cannot be called from the report server, although the service is started and seem to have exactly the same configuration as the other one.

Errors are:

FRM-41213 - Unable to connect to the Report server.
