Network And Subnet Problems After Upgrading (Doc ID 795264.1)

Symptoms

There is a problem on the network and subnet directory objects after performing an upgrade from Policy Services 5.4 to 6.1.1.

This is noticeable when trying to import the directory from one instance to another or trying to modify a network or subnet in the UI post upgrade.

Sample import error:
