Payment Method Change Is Not Allowed For Subordinated Accounts In Customer Center (Doc ID 795834.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.3.1.0.0 version, payment method change is not allowed for subordinated accounts in Customer Center.

A non-paying subordinate account has a payment method "Paid for parent account". When trying to change payment method to invoice (and turn in paying subordinate account), Customer Center throws an error "Unable to update payment setup information".

In cm.pinlog there are no errors, but it shows the below message at the end:

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open a non-paying subordinate account in Customer Center.
2. Go to Payments tab.
3. Create a new payment method as Invoice.
4. Change Payment Method of the above account to Invoice.
5. Save the change.
6. Get the error.
