SORTER_DNLD.SH script is documented method for processing container diverts from third party conveyor systems. This script loads data from a third party conveyor into SORTER_INTAKE table and then calls an obsolete script named "process_diverts_a.sql" to process those records. It is expected that those records would be processed by new script named "".

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Run SORTER_DNLD.SH to load data from a third party conveyor.
2. Check if records exist in SORTER_INTAKE table after SORTER_DNLD.SH script has run.
