Goal

In this example a user has a single NEP (Network Element Processor) which has 3 connections to 3 different Element Managers. One of them is not reachable, so the connection is in the state "Connecting" instead of "Available". The orders which use that connection are pending-failed, this situation can affect the performance of orders that use the other connections (remaining 2 connections).

Can the performance decrease in this case (increase time to execute a single order)?

If yes, is there a procedure to follow, in order to maintain good performance?
