When Attempting to Send an E-mail With Oracle Legal Whitehill Enterprise, Outlook Spawns a Pop-up and Will Not Continue Without Manual Confirmation (Doc ID 797944.1)

When Oracle Legal Whitehill Enterprise Converter attempts to send E-mails, Microsoft Outlook throws a Pop-up Message Window notifying the user that another product is attempting to send e-mails on their behalf.  The Window requires a "Yes" button to be clicked before the Converter may proceed.  This causes issues in the automated environment, as it requires constant user intervention.


This typically happens in a Microsoft Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 environment.
