The client receives intermittent file I/O errors from the Whitehill Converter. Adjusting the converter preferences to ignore file I/O errors does not help unless you set it to infinite which is not really desirable.
There are occasionally other network related issues, like "Can't connect to DMS" pop-ups, "can't reach destination path" pop-ups, etc..
It is not reproducible and is intermittent.
The business impact is a medium annoyance. There is a pop-up which halts the automated document
conversion, requiring human manual intervention. This could slow down business and frustrate users.
