Goal

We are unable to differentiate between Internal Sales Orders (ISO) and External Sales Order collected in Demantra.

1)Log into responsibility 'Demand Management System Administrator'
2)Run the concurrent program Demand Management System Adminstrator\Collections\Oracle
Systems\Shipment and Booking History
3)Choose paprmeters..net change absolute..input dates..choose internal Sales Order =Y, All order
types, EP_LOAD=No and submit.
4)The table T_SRC_SALES_TMPL transaction table does not have the customer dimension.
5)The location master_table (T_SRC_LOC_TMPL) for the item/Location combination has only customer
with EBS_CUSTOMER_CODE of '0' and the EBS_CUSTOMER_CLASS_CODE='0'
